This Privacy Policy explains what information FlipFees ("we," "us," or "the site") collects when you use flipfees.com, how that information is used, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language.

The short version

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The item prices, shipping amounts, and settings you type in are never sent to us and never stored on our servers. We do not ask you to create an account or log in. We do not sell personal information. The data collection that does happen comes from standard web analytics, described below.

Information we do not collect

• The values you enter into any calculator. These are processed locally and discarded when you leave the page.
• Account credentials for eBay or any other marketplace. We never ask for them.
• Names, addresses, or payment details, unless you voluntarily email them to us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically receive standard technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, device, approximate region, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to understand which calculators and guides are useful and to keep the site working.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure traffic and improve the site. GA4 reports aggregate trends and does not identify you personally to us. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; blocking cookies will not break the calculators, since they do not rely on cookies to work.

EU and UK visitors:If your browser timezone indicates you are in the EU or UK, a cookie consent banner will appear before analytics cookies are activated. Analytics cookies remain off until you click "Accept."

Children's privacy

FlipFees is intended for a general, adult audience of online sellers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain data uses. Because we do not maintain user accounts, the simplest way to exercise these rights, or to ask a question, is to email us at privacy@flipfees.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves or as our analytics tools change. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
